What is the capacity of the barn?
The Bend barn has a recommended 250 guest maximum.
Are tablecloths and chair covers available?
White tablecloths and chair covers are available and included in the rental for all weddings. Renter is responsible to put on and take off chair covers if using.
Do you have an outdoor ceremony area?
We have a pergola situated over a cement pad with cement walkway. White resin chairs are set up prior to the outdoor event with seating for up to 300.
Do you have decorations available?
The Bend has a variety of decorations available for use and are included in the rental cost. Some items include, 5 wine barrels that can be used inside and outside, wood slices, glass cylinders, various flowers, lanterns, table mirrors and more. Availability depends on the items.
How does alcohol work?
The Bend does not sell alcohol. Alcohol can be brought in, but cannot be sold, unless renter works with a licensed vendor that transfers their liquor license for the event. We do have a 3 keg kegerator, along with a commercial cooler for canned beverages and large bar available for use.
Is WIFI Available?
WIFI is available and password is provided to the wedding party for DJ use.
Do you have vendor requirements?
You can use any caterer, DJ, event rental or other vendor you would like. We do not have any requirements on who you can utilize for your big day.
Are deposits refundable?
There is a $500 deposit that is required to reserve your date and is also used as a cleaning deposit. This is nonrefundable for any cancelations, unless The Bend, LLC is forced to cancel, and the full deposit will be refunded. The deposit is refunded after the event once cleanup has been verified.
how long do we have the venue?
For weddings, the rental includes Friday morning until Sunday at noon. This means you can have time to do your rehearsal dinner, decorate and cleanup.
